Ms. Mary Cleary began her career as a professional placement consultant for an international search and staffing firm, where she was rapidly promoted to Branch Manager, and later Managing Director for several locations. Mary was chosen to be the first female in the Executive training program for ITT in New York and later opened ITT's Boston office. Due to her success and loyalty in the search and staffing industry, her clientele advised her to start her own company. In 1981, she founded her own firm, Cleary Consultants, Inc., and since that time she has survived three recessions and has demonstrated an unparalleled record of success in satisfying the needs of Fortune 1000 companies; state and government agencies, including the Central Artery/Tunnel Project; top universities; and medical and non-profit institutions.
