Performance Based Executive Search


Having evaluated the shortcomings of traditional retained executive search firms, namely getting a commitment from companies for the total cost of the search with no guarantee of success, Cleary Consultants, Inc. has customized our retained search process specifically around our clients’ needs. We did so by creating a “performance-based executive search.” Our solution is simple and straightforward. We provide our clients with a payment plan. One third of the fee is due upon initiation of the search, with the second payment due after you have interviewed candidates that you have selected from the ones we have profiled to you. The third and final payment is due ten days after the candidate accepts the offer of employment. The final two payments are performance-based. We give individual attention and top priority to each search until the search is successful.

The majority of executive search firms will only take on assignments with compensation plans upwards of $200,000, but we understand that there are other critical searches that require results. In response to that need, Cleary Consultants will engage in any critical need search, regardless of the salary. This has proven invaluable to a number of high growth organizations that can’t leave critical hires to chance.
